I agree, as a current student I remember the teachers who made and are making a difference in my education. One of my favorite professors at Villanova University is a African-American from the Roxbury area of Boston. He is very liberal, pro-obama and pro pretty much everything else I disagree with intellectually. We argue in class about everything. I haven’t gotten anything below an A- in all the classes I have taken with him and it’s because he encourages us to be ourselves. He walks the line, but that’s what it takes to get students involved and motivated.
