So, Holder thinks ID’s for Voting is Discrimination

Eric “Fast and Furious”  Holder has come out and said on behalf of the Big Eared Imposter-in-Chief, “The recent wave of changes to state-level voter identification laws also has presented a number of problems requiring the department’s attention. In December [of 2011], we objected to South Carolina’s voter ID law, after finding — based on the state’s own data — that the proposed change would place an unfair burden on non-white voters.” (Conference of National Black Churches, May 30, 2012) You have heard Dumbocrats scream about how it is “unfair” to require an ID to vote.So isn’t it ironic that they require Photo IDs?Click here to see the 2012 Massachusetts Democratic Party Delegate Guide. (When you’re done, you can print it out and use it as a dart board.)Go to page 14. Read the top line that is in all caps.Bwaahahahahahahaha! Make sure you show as many people as possible, especially any of your libtard friends. Ask them why Dems REQUIRE an ID for their delegate convention but think it is discrimination to require one TO VOTE FOR THE PRESIDENT! Unless of course, they are saying that they have no non-white delegates, since requiring an ID would place an “an unfair burden on non-white voters.” Typical libtard hypocrisy. R...

Schools Need to Return to High Standards and Common Decency

Some of you may be aware of a controversial book that has parents concerned in New Jersey, and several other states. This book, The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian, by Sherman Alexie can be found on many intermediate school library shelves and has become required reading for our freshmen high school students. I am writing today because I would like to address what I feel is an even greater concern that we are facing today as parents and educators. Most people would agree that our country’s film and music industry often, shall we say, “lacks etiquette.” It is not surprising that young adult fiction has rapidly followed suit. What is surprising is that many of our schools have succumbed to the influence by throwing their high standards to the wind and adopting these unsuitable works into their curricula. While it is apparent that the naïve and simple adolescent world of Nancy Drew and The Hardy Boys is virtually extinct, what has not been quite as evident is how far young adult fiction has descended from that world and has begun to infiltrate our schools. These days if a novel happens to slip under a parent’s radar it could be a costly price for their child to pay, as the contents of many of these young adult novels deemed educational would distress any principled adult. It seems...

One down, nine to go

The Obama administration had its usual Friday “Oh, that’s not really bad news” press release yesterday (10/14/11). I understand how press releases work, I was responsible for them for a short period of time at my last company. If it was something that would positively affect the stock price, the release would go on a Tuesday or Thursday, around 10am. If it was a negative piece, Friday at 4:45pm, hopefully with lots of other news happening. You want to hide the negative. I get it. Unless of course the press release is from an administration that promised transparency. You know, openness, Kumbaya singing with locked arms around the campfire. On Friday came the news that the CLASS Act (the Community Living Assistance Services Act, apparently the smartest president EVER can’t spell either) is being dumped. It seems that the cost of the program, one that would give money to pay for even non-medical needs, is simply “unworkable”. (News flash for the smartest president EVER – you were told this over and over and over.) One part down, nine more to go. Ok, so now that we passed it, they are finally getting around to reading it? Remember, Nancy Pelosi (Liberal Witch-CA) said we needed to pass it to see what was in it. I guess Obozo and his minions are finally getting around to actually reading the thing.  ...

Scary

All I can say is SCARY. I so wish Chris Christie would run for president. We need him. If these people want a socialist country, why don’t they just MOVE to one? This is AMERICA.

Playing both sides – at least one of them for fools

I am not sure who are the bigger fools, those occupying Wall St. or those that are going to sit on the sidelines this coming election and let these people get another four years in control of the federal government. Recently the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee jumped on the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) support bandwagon with a “petition” page where you can send a message to Speaker of the House John Boehner and House Majority Leader Eric Cantor. The pre-made message implores them that “It’s time for millionaires, billionaires, and Big Oil companies to pay their fair share.” Their goal is 100,000 strong standing with Occupy Wall Street. Joe “I’m with Bozo” Biden has said “What is the core of that protest, and why is it increasing in terms of the people it’s attracting? The core is the bargain has been breached with the American people. The American people do not think the system is fair or on the level.” Joe is standing with the OWS crowd. So is Rep Steny Hoyer (Liberal-MD). He defended the OWS crowd from criticism leveled at them by Cantor. So isn’t it a little strange that Mr. Biden had a special lunch today (10/13/11). The fact that Joe had lunch isn’t strange, but who he entertained and rubbed elbows with is. Plus, I am sure that the folks down at Occupy Wall Street...
