"I Will Not Raise Taxes on the Middle Class"

Remember when the Amateur in the White House spouted those words? The exact quote was, "If you are a family making less than $250,000, my plan will not raise your taxes. Period." So let's look:

- The ObamaCare Medical Device Manufacturing Tax

This 2.3 percent tax on medical device makers will raise the price of (for example) every pacemaker, prosthetic limb, stent, and operating table. Can you remind us, Mr. President, how taxing medical devices will reduce the cost of health care?

- The ObamaCare High Medical Bills Tax

This onerous tax provision will hit Americans facing the highest out-of-pocket medical bills. Currently, Americans are allowed to deduct medical expenses on their 1040 form to the extent the costs exceed 7.5 percent of one's adjusted gross income.

The new ObamaCare provision will raise that threshold to 10 percent, subjecting patients to a higher tax bill.

- The ObamaCare Flexible Spending Account Cap

The 24 million Americans who have Flexible Spending Accounts will face a new federally imposed $2,500 annual cap.

The cap will also affect families with special-needs children, whose tuition can be covered using FSA funds. Special-needs tuition can cost up to $14,000 per child per year.

- The ObamaCare Surtax on Investment Income

Under current law, the capital gains tax rate for all Americans rises from 15 to 20 percent in 2013, while the top dividend rate rises from 15 to 39.6 percent. The new ObamaCare surtax takes the top capital gains rate to 23.8 percent and top dividend rate to 43.4 percent. Of course we wouldn't want people to have any incentive to invest and maybe start moving towards being part of the 1%, we just want to vilify the 1%.

- The ObamaCare Medicare Payroll Tax increase

This tax soaks employers to the tune of $86 billion over the next ten years. Do you have medical insurance? We're going to tax you more. Do you not have insurance? We're going to tax you more. And, to top it all off, I actually heard Odumbo's guy (Axelrod) say this morning that the Individual Mandate Tax was really just a penalty against that 1% that can afford health insurance but don't buy it. Wait, wait, wait...... So we vilify the 1% because they have money and can afford things that the 99% don't but then we vilify the 1% because they have money but don't want to spend it. How deformed are libtârd brains that they can actually come up with this stuff and expect rational thinking people to believe it????

Time to outlaw guns...

Well, it is finally time to outlaw guns. Surely if we outlaw guns, things like this will never happen again. I mean after all, if law abiding citizens can’t get guns then we won’t have any more senseless, accidental killing, right.

I’m sure it wasn’t just gang violence,  gang rivalries, black gangs, latino gangs….. I am sure these were law abiding citizens and the guns were legally obtained for just legal purposes.

And those darn hoodies again. I’m sure if Odumbo, the Imposter-in-Chief, had a son, he would have looked like the 15 - 17 year old black kid wearing a hoodie who did the shooting, or like Trayvon (who was also wearing a hoodie, hmmmmm) but not like Jamison Knight apparently ……..

1-year-old boy shot dead in father's arms on Los Angeles sidewalk

 Published June 05, 2012

| Associated Press

LOS ANGELES –  A gunman on a bicycle shot a father as he cradled his 1-year-old boy in his arms on a South Los Angeles street, killing the infant, police said Tuesday.

The 24-year-old father was attacked Monday evening on a sidewalk in an area that has been plagued by gang violence, police said. The gunman appeared to be a 15- to 17-year-old boy in a hoodie sweatshirt, police said.

He rode past the father and fired several shots, police Capt. Phillip Tingirides told KCAL-TV.

The infant was shot in the stomach and died at a hospital following surgery. The father was struck in the shoulder and remained hospitalized in stable condition, police said.

Their names were not immediately released.

Police have not released a motive, though Tingirides said investigators were leaning heavily toward gang rivalry. The attacker was black and the father is Latino, authorities said.

A conflict between black and Latino gangs has led to more than a half-dozen killings in the area in the last year, police said.

So, Holder thinks ID's for Voting is Discrimination

Eric “Fast and Furious”  Holder has come out and said on behalf of the Big Eared Imposter-in-Chief, “The recent wave of changes to state-level voter identification laws also has presented a number of problems requiring the department’s attention. In December [of 2011], we objected to South Carolina’s voter ID law, after finding — based on the state’s own data — that the proposed change would place an unfair burden on non-white voters.” (Conference of National Black Churches, May 30, 2012)

You have heard Dumbocrats scream about how it is “unfair” to require an ID to vote.
So isn’t it ironic that they require Photo IDs?
Click here to see the 2012 Massachusetts Democratic Party Delegate Guide. (When you’re done, you can print it out and use it as a dart board.)
Go to page 14. Read the top line that is in all caps.

Make sure you show as many people as possible, especially any of your libtard friends. Ask them why Dems REQUIRE an ID for their delegate convention but think it is discrimination to require one TO VOTE FOR THE PRESIDENT! Unless of course, they are saying that they have no non-white delegates, since requiring an ID would place an “an unfair burden on non-white voters.”

Typical libtard hypocrisy.

One down, nine to go

The Obama administration had its usual Friday "Oh, that's not really bad news" press release yesterday (10/14/11).

I understand how press releases work, I was responsible for them for a short period of time at my last company. If it was something that would positively affect the stock price, the release would go on a Tuesday or Thursday, around 10am. If it was a negative piece, Friday at 4:45pm, hopefully with lots of other news happening.

You want to hide the negative. I get it. Unless of course the press release is from an administration that promised transparency. You know, openness, Kumbaya singing with locked arms around the campfire.

On Friday came the news that the CLASS Act (the Community Living Assistance Services Act, apparently the smartest president EVER can't spell either) is being dumped. It seems that the cost of the program, one that would give money to pay for even non-medical needs, is simply "unworkable". (News flash for the smartest president EVER - you were told this over and over and over.) One part down, nine more to go.

Ok, so now that we passed it, they are finally getting around to reading it? Remember, Nancy Pelosi (Liberal Witch-CA) said we needed to pass it to see what was in it. I guess Obozo and his minions are finally getting around to actually reading the thing.

Playing both sides - at least one of them for fools

I am not sure who are the bigger fools, those occupying Wall St. or those that are going to sit on the sidelines this coming election and let these people get another four years in control of the federal government.

Recently the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee jumped on the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) support bandwagon with a "petition" page where you can send a message to Speaker of the House John Boehner and House Majority Leader Eric Cantor. The pre-made message implores them that "It's time for millionaires, billionaires, and Big Oil companies to pay their fair share." Their goal is 100,000 strong standing with Occupy Wall Street.

Joe "I'm with Bozo" Biden has said “What is the core of that protest, and why is it increasing in terms of the people it’s attracting? The core is the bargain has been breached with the American people. The American people do not think the system is fair or on the level.”

Joe is standing with the OWS crowd. So is Rep Steny Hoyer (Liberal-MD). He defended the OWS crowd from criticism leveled at them by Cantor.

So isn't it a little strange that Mr. Biden had a special lunch today (10/13/11). The fact that Joe had lunch isn't strange, but who he entertained and rubbed elbows with is. Plus, I am sure that the folks down at Occupy Wall Street would find it reprehensible if John Boehner had lunch with these people. But since it was the liberal faction it's ok.

See Joe attended a State Department luncheon on Thursday. It was put on for the President of South Korea, Lee Myung-bak. Now it may have been rude of Joe to turn down the invitation but considering that he supports OWS should he and House Minority Whip, Rep Steny Hoyer (Liberal-MD) really have sat at the same table as:
